ToFIXUp grows out of the day-to-day realities of MasterFIXs Collision Repair, founded in Washington State in December 2024. Its founder, Ferley Riveros, experienced the overlap of estimating, answering phones, sourcing parts, managing people and doing collision and paint work directly.
From that pressure came a direction: build tools that help vehicle owners understand their options and help smaller repair businesses share the work of intake, coordination and communication.
The first focus is practical — take a repair request, understand it, prepare a reviewed preliminary estimate, follow up and confirm the next step. Over time, the vision includes a connected network of qualified independent professionals.
