The concept draws from hands-on work at MasterFIXs Collision Repair in Washington: technicians, refinishing, estimates, parts, phones and customers don't pause for one another.
Our first product focus is connecting intake and preliminary estimates with practical follow-up. Broader network tools and automation remain under development and require validation with independent shops.
