This notice describes the data handling designed into this version of the ToFIXUp.com website. It is written to make the initial estimate and interest forms understandable. Service-provider practices and additional integrations must be reviewed as the platform expands.
What you can share
If you request an estimate, the form may collect your name, phone number, optional email, vehicle year/make/model, damage description, insurance-related details that you choose to provide, and up to five photos. The ToFIXClub early-interest form collects the name, email and optional phone you submit.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, organize the preliminary review and follow up about the service or program you requested. ToFIXClub interest is not repair authorization and is not an activated paid membership.
How the forms work right now
The website form handler is designed to send an email to the ToFIXUp intake mailbox at go@tofixup.com. Submitted photos, if any, are attached to that email. The website prototype does not maintain an application database of submissions or permanent photo storage. Mail services, server infrastructure and recipient mailboxes can retain copies according to their own configurations and policies. We use a short-lived session token to help protect form submissions against abuse.
Sharing and future services
We do not represent this website as an automatically integrated repair marketplace. To discuss a repair with an outside provider, additional information may need to be shared with that provider, subject to applicable permissions and arrangements. The website does not automatically submit estimates to vehicle-history reporting services.
Retention and requests
Messages may remain in the receiving mailbox and relevant backups until removed under operational retention procedures. To ask about your submitted information, correction or deletion, contact go@tofixup.com. Legal or operational obligations may affect what can be deleted.
Children and sensitive information
This initial service is intended for adult users. Please do not submit driver's licenses, payment-card details, identity documents or unnecessary personal information in vehicle photos.
Changes
As ToFIXUp adds services, we will need to update this notice to accurately describe the data collected, providers involved, retention practices and choices available. This notice does not replace applicable legal rights.
